Finding the Perfect Diet
People who specialize in nutrition all say that it all comes down to what you eat. In those foods they say to stay away from fat. But it turns out fat is not all bad it just depends on how much you consume with how much exercise you get. Other people say that foods high in cholesterol do not raise the cholesterol, and I have no clue why that works the way it does. My opinion on this is that I can eat as much as I want of whatever I want as long as I exercise and stay healthy I won't get a heart disease or get fat. My opinion is based off of a study done earlier in the US where the government banned fats from peoples diet and no one got any healthier so eating or not eating fats isn't making americans fat. So in conclusion you will not get fat or die of heart attack if you eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly.
