Eating too Much Added Sugar May be Killing you
In this article people, professors, and health experts go in depth in what happens or can happen to you if you consume too much added sugar on a daily basis. They stated that your risk of dying increases exponentially with the more added sugar you eat. I thought this always was a problem, but they are making it out to be that the people now are so fat and lazy that we are bound to die off soon. My personal opinion on the subject is that we are our own person and no one can tell us what to eat or not eat and that the generations before us did the same thing and they ended up fine. It doesn't matter what you eat or how much as long as you balance it with at least some physical activity or work it off another way. And these people say that added sugars are only in things not natural but the way I look at it sugar is sugar not matter how you say it or add it. And they got their results from a survey a survey for Christ's sake how many people really enjoy to sit down and take an honest survey. I'm not one of those people. They also list all the heart diseases that you can get from consuming too much sugars but all of them are treatable so you can be saved even if you do have that particular disease. And in end they say drinking sweetened beverages do not cause heart disease and that is exactly right. That line is the only truth in the whole article.
