Stand Up For Your Health
So apparently we are a stand up species but now a days everything requires us to sit down. We do it everywhere we go. With everything we do. And it is said to be making americans fat. They say long sedentary behavior causing things like poor health and heart disease. They also have national statistics proving that people who sit more are higher at risk to get certain diseases. People say that every hour people sit is linked to a drop in their fitness level. the human body is designed to move so we need to do just that. Sitting down slows down your whole system that helps you lose weight. But you don't have to just exercise anytime your body is moving and active it helps. There is a stat that says a person only burns 300 neat calories at a desk job but a waiter burns almost 1300 neat calories. So if you just stand more instead of sit you burn more calories and lose more weight.
